As a Front Office Trainee you are a part of the Service Desk Team and you will give our guests the ultimate experience possible of their stay. You are responsible for all kind of activities of the reception/front desk such as handling arrivals and departures of guests, ensuring accurate services to our guests, giving information about the city and nice restaurants and just take the extra step to exceed their expectations. Furthermore you will answer and manage calls, come up with creative ideas and projects to develop procedures and services.

Personal Profile:
For this position we are searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and committed colleague who has affinity with the hotel industry, is a good team player, has problem-solving skills, and is helpful and hospitable.
Job requirements:Follows a relevant hospitality or tourism related study;Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;You are representative and have a sparkling personality;You are stress resistant, service and guest-oriented and flexible.
We offer a challenging and diverse trainee position in a 4 star hotel in the vibrant city center of Amsterdam, a tailor-made trainee program and coaching by professionals.
On top of that Park Hotel Amsterdam offers its trainees an excellent allowance. Trainees also receive an extra housing allowance if they move to Amsterdam.
