The position of line operator is mainly aimed at producing the planned production on the gas filling line, taking into account the internal and external requirements among which are quality, safety and production standards. The position is fulfilled in 2 shifts or 3 shifts (in busy periods).
Tasks of the line operator are:
- Is responsible for the fulfillment of work orders on the planned production line within the defined timelines and guidelines.
- Provides records of the production results and further information (i.e. production record, production summary, etc.) according to current business processes.
- Is responsible to identify and communicate production issues on time. Raises requests when recognizable bottlenecks on the production occur.
- Proposes measures to optimize processes and collaborates with the team lead filling to implement change.
- Is responsible for arranging all needed tasks necessary around the filling line, to ensure continues productivity. Among others this includes the tas:
- Is responsible for the kick out process.
- Is responsible for refilling the cap machine.
- Is responsible for providing empty boxes.
- Is responsible for processing full boxes.
- Executes any quality related measures, developed by the quality department. Reports issues to the quality department and/or management.
Functie-eisen
- MBO-3 level is required, preferably in the field of technique or operations.
- Excellent level of English language is required.
- EPT diploma is required.
- Working experience in a similar international environment is desirable.
- Experience in working with MS Office is desirable.
